Figure 5:
Effect of Tilmicosin phosphate on the intestinal motility of rabbits. A: 0.3 gm/ml bath has no effect on intestinal muscles. B: 0.5 gm/ml bath induced mild inhibition in force. C: 1.25 gm/ml bath induced moderate inhibition in force. D: 2.5 gm/ml bath induced severe inhibition in force. E: 5 gm/ml bath induced marked relaxation. F: 7.5 gm/ml bath induced complete relaxation. G: Tilmicosin phosphate (2.5 gm/ml bath) induced marked inhibition followed by 0.25 ml acetylcholine chloride modify the inhibitory effect of the drug through inducing marked stimulation. H: Tilmicosin phosphate (2.5 gm/ml bath) induced marked inhibition followed by 0.125 ml nicotine sulphate induced marked stimulation.
